Dieting Made Easy

Dieting needs to be sustainable. Look to make small changes with your diet. Add a bit more protein and just turn down the carbs a bit more. Last night I had Chicken Tikka Masala, lots of chicken, half a sweet baked potatoe, no bread, lots of broccoli! Rather than cereal or toast in the morning, have a healthy fruit smoothie with added protein powder. By making a few small changes this can really help reduce your body fat and drop a few pounds!
